Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, we cannot make any substitutions with the Nourished Weekly menu. If you do not like a menu item served, you can request a second serving of the other main dish served that week. At Care Doula, we can craft a menu tailored to your unique needs and preferences through our personal chef services.

  • Each week one soup and two meals are included in Nourished Weekly. Each Nourished Weekly meal includes a protein, vegetable, and grain or starchy vegetable.

  • Place your order through our online shop. Select the serving size, individual or family, and quantity and add to your cart. Add additional items like our energy bites to your cart. Once all of your items have been selected proceed to checkout and add your payment. Nourished Weekly pick up is on Monday at the Circle Inn from 5-6 PM. International Supper Club pickup is the second and fourth Thursday of the month at the Circle Inn from 5-6 PM. If you would like your meals delivered please contact us to arrange a time.

  • We do not customize Nourished Weekly or the International Supper Club. Personal chef services can be customized to fit specific dietary needs or preferences. Contact us for pricing of personal chef services. 

  • We are inspired by global flavors. We love to challenge ourselves by using different cooking techniques and ingredients from around the globe

  • No, Nourished Weekly is a set menu that rotates every week. Currently, we do not offer a service for you to select different menu items. If you’d prefer other meals than the ones offered through Nourish Weekly, contact us to discuss personal chef services.

  • Meals are fully cooked, and some require reheating. Reheating instructions are provided on the package.

  • Individual-sized meals are packed in reusable containers. Family- sized are packaged in aluminum pans. In 2025, we will be moving to compostable containers for both individual and family-sized meals. 

  • We recommend eating the meals within 7 days. Yes, they can be frozen.

  • Reheating instructions are located on the package label. Generally, meals require 1-2 minutes in the microwave or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165.

  • We prepare all of our food our food in a commercial kitchen. Our head chef, Kelsey, is a Certified Food Protection manager. 

  • Yes, contact us to schedule a discovery call.

  • Yes, you can purchase gift cards for any of our service in our online store.

  • Yes, as a Registered Dietitian I am trained in creating meal plans for a variety of acute and chronic conditions or specific health goals. If you are interested in personal chef services for a specific health goal, contact us to schedule a discovery call.

  • No, we currently do not provide nutritional information or calorie counts. We do provide allergen information on packaging labels.
